Create a strategy
Choose a permanent mode, enter the strategy identity, and select a compatible starting point.
The creation flow has three steps: mode, identity, and starting point.
Prerequisites
Sign in to a Screebits account with access to Strategies, permission to create a strategy, and capacity under the current plan. Modes and starting points can be unavailable for an account or plan.
Choose the mode
- Open Strategies and choose New strategy. If the list is empty, choose Create first strategy instead.
- Select Tactical for event-driven instrument logic or Portfolio for scheduled allocation logic.
- If a mode is locked, review its availability. Do not treat the lock as a validation error.
- Continue only after confirming the choice. The mode cannot be changed later.
Enter the identity
Enter a clear name that distinguishes the strategy in lists and history. Add a concise description if it will help you recognize the purpose later. Correct any field error before continuing.
Choose a starting point
Choose Blank strategy or an available card under Starters.
Unavailable or incompatible Starter choices remain blocked. Use the RSI Momentum Alert Starter for the guided first strategy.
Confirm the result
Create the strategy and wait for the Flow Editor to open. Confirm the selected mode, the initial activation, and the expected starting nodes. Resolve a creation error from the message shown before trying again.
